How does the automatic gear shifting works? What are the components involved and what other e-bikes have the same setup/technology as the 303FS?

It doesn’t have an automatic drivetrain or CVT like most cars do. Instead, you operate the gears by shifting through the 8-speed cog so it operates similar to a manual drive car but easier because all you do is click up or down on the gears without having to mess with the clutch.
