Range
The battery will give you an expected range of between 35-55 miles on a single charge depending on how hard you ride. Your battery range will depend on several factors:
- Depending on the levels of pedal assist.
- Using the throttle consumes most of the battery power (especially in “race mode”).
- The terrain and rider size (mostly height and weight).
Note: You can increase your battery range by riding with a low-level pedal assist (0-2).
Battery Life
The battery life is calculated in charge cycles. It all depends on the number of full charges (from 0 to 100%) and the care you apply on the battery. Lithium batteries tend to hold up to 1000 charge cycles, or even more if you follow charging instructions accordingly.
With frequent use, the battery becomes less efficient after 3 to 5 years.
Casual riders, the battery can last closer to 5-6 years.
